Green Eggs and Ham

Green Eggs and Ham Casserole

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 package crescent rolls
• 10 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
• 1 cup white cheddar cheese
• sliced ham

DIRECTIONS:

1. Layer one package of crescent rolls on the bottom of a sprayed 9x13" pan. 
2. Optional: Cut up the ham and sprinkle over the crescent rolls.  
3. Add the food coloring to milk and pour over crescent rolls.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top. 
5. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350.

We invited our friends over to read The Gingerbread Cowboy.

We decorated gingerbread men and women. :)
